USUAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PLACEMENT OR WORKERS (ABROAD) |
Period of Contract : As per Employer’s requirement (minimum 18 months preferred)
Working Hours : Minimum 8 (Eight) hours.
Basic Salary : As per company & host Country law.
Air Ticket : Preferably both up & down to be provided free by employer as per company policy.
Accommodation : Free accommodation to be provided or allowance in lieu to be paid by the employer.
Meals : Free meals to be provided or allowance in lieu to be paid by the employer.
Annual Leave : As per company law.
Medical Facilities : As per company law.
Agent Fee : As fixed by the employing company or the same can be charged from the workers at permissible limits set down by the Government of Bangladesh.

- Visa Advice / Immigration Clearance (For block Visa)
- Demand Letter (Please see draft as given in Annexure- “A”)
- Power of Attorney (Please see draft as given in Annexure- “A”)
- Workers Employment Agreement ( As per Annexure-“B”)
- N.O.C (Applicable for some Middle East countries)
- Calling Visa (For Malaysia & Brunei)
- IPA and Green Bond (For Singapore)
- Consoler Letter (for Saudi Arabia)
- Electronic Wakala- English & Arabic(for Saudi Arabia)
- Copy of Commercial Registration Certificate- English & Arabic(for Saudi Arabia)
- I.D copy of the Sponsor(for Saudi Arabia)
Note:
Demand Letter, Power of Attorney and Employment Agreement must be attested by Bangladesh Embassy of the country of Employment. In some countries these document may be required to be attested by the chamber of Commerce / Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country of Employment.
